About Us

The complexities and risks of institutional fund management in today’s volatile markets are all too familiar to us, as is the commitment required by portfolio managers to achieve superior returns – a task which can be heavily impeded by the ever-increasing burden of regulatory compliance. At the same time, we are staunch believers in the benefits that regulated investment vehicles can provide to investors and managers alike.

Our ‘raison d’etre’ is therefore simple: To establish and manage funds which can enjoy the full suite of benefits that regulated environments can offer, while supporting fund stakeholders to navigate such complex environments without losing sight of the fund’s sole purpose: value creation.

To that end, we have put together a multi-disciplinary team of diverse backgrounds and expertise that is both diligent & analytical yet able to think ‘outside the box’ with the objective of offering bespoke solutions which are both best-in-class and forward looking.

Our Values

Our work philosophy revolves around our fundamental principles of independence, integrity and commitment as we strive to offer expert, unbiased advice and to create value for our clients by helping them overcome the wide spectrum of challenges that arise throughout the design, establishment and management of funds and their respective portfolio components.
